Explorer Belt Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be UK residents aged 21 or over. And guests of the prize winner must be aged 21 or over.

2. The Prizes (one prize per entrant):

· 1 x winner will win a 2-night stay at Treetop Lodge.

· 5 x runners’ up will receive a voucher of £100 off a stay at Treetop Lodge.

· 5 x third places will receive a voucher of £50 towards a stay at  Treetop Lodge.

3. All prizes are for a maximum of 2 adults and subject to availability. Reasonable endeavours shall be used to accommodate all winner’s requested booking dates.

4. All prize must be taken by the end of 2025.

5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

6. The winner will be selected in a random draw after the closing date of 10^th January 2025.

7. The winner will be contacted by email or text. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

8. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

9. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize, including but not limited to travel costs.

10. By entering the draw entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

11. To the full extent permitted by law we will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from acceptance of the prize or participating in this promotion beyond its reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of the prize shall be confirmed when booking dates are agreed, at such time Treetop Lodge standard terms and conditions shall apply and take precedence over these terms.

13. Payment for entries to the draw are accepted in cash or via JustGiving (https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/scout-explorer-badge).
